Levo wasn't built on success.
It was built from Observation.

A kid growing up in sports. A college athlete who studied how the body and mind connect. A coach who stood on the field and watched younger kids drifting into everything they shouldn't — because nobody gave them somewhere better to be. That's where this started.

PERSONAL STORY

My name is Zach Sween. I played baseball from age 4 through college — Little League, junior high, high school, and William Jessup University. Sports gave me structure, identity, and a community I didn't know I needed until I had it. After and during college, I started coaching. Junior high, high school, and college-level teams. And I noticed something that I couldn't unsee. The kids who didn't have a place to go after school — they found one anyway. And it wasn't good. Cigarettes. Bad relationships. Environments no kid should be in. Not because they were bad kids. Because nobody built them something better. I also studied kinesiology and sports management. I wrote research on how physical activity shapes brain development, academic performance, and emotional health in young people. I knew the science. I'd seen the street version of what happens when kids don't have access to that. So I built Levo. Not as a business first. As an answer to a question I'd been sitting with for years: What happens when you give someone — regardless of age — the structure, the faith, the community, and the standard they were never given? They rise. Every time.

WHAT LEVO IS TODAY

Levo today is three things that serve one mission. A coaching and mentorship community — for adults who are done drifting and ready to move with intention. Faith-rooted, discipline-driven, and built around real accountability. A media production company — for brands that value storytelling done with the same intentionality we preach. Cinematic video, photography, and drone work for people who refuse to settle for average content. An apparel brand — not merchandise. A declaration. When you put on Levo, you're agreeing that what you do in those threads will reflect the standard you've committed to. And on the horizon — Levo Gyms. After-school spaces where youth can walk in, recite scripture, and earn access to sport, fitness, and mentorship. Because the kid on the street who has nowhere to go deserves a standard too.

Everything Levo does is built on one idea. We call it the standard.

Everyone lives at a level. Most never leave it. Not because they are incapable — but because comfort convinces them to stay. Levo exists for those who refuse. Elevation is not a breakthrough moment. It is the result of daily, intentional steps — taken regardless of mood, applause, or ease. We do not wait for motivation. We move first. Comfort is the enemy. Not rest. Not recovery. Comfort as a lifestyle. At Levo, no one is above the standard. And no one is beneath the invitation.

Did you move today? One step closer is enough. Standing still is not.

THE LEVO CODE

PRINCIPLES

No zero days

A step can be small. Training, prayer, work, restraint — all count. Standing still is the only failure.

Discipline before motivation

Motivation is unreliable. Discipline is trained. Move first. Feelings follow action.

No one is above the standard

Not founders. Not leaders. Not the most talented. The standard applies equally — or it collapses.

Proof over performance

Quiet consistency. Repetition. Unseen effort. If it's real, it doesn't need explanation.

Silence is acceptable. Excuses are not.

You don't have to post. You don't have to explain. But if you speak — speak from action.

The unspoken agreement

When you align with Levo, you agree to one thing: you will not lie about your effort.
